Internal ERP System — CRM, Warehouse, Call Centre
Design and development of a new internal ERP system for ASTRATEX, one of the largest lingerie e-shops in Central Europe. The system included a CRM module, translation system, dashboards, warehouse tracking, and call centre management.
!The Challenge
ASTRATEX was growing and the existing tools were no longer sufficient for operational needs. The company needed a single central system covering customer management, translation workflow for the multilingual store, warehouse inventory tracking, and call centre management — all in one place with a consistent UX.
✓The Solution
I joined the ERP system development from the ground up. I was responsible for the frontend architecture and creating polymorphic components reusable across the entire system. I progressively designed and implemented individual modules: CRM for customer and opportunity management, a translation system for product content localisation, analytical dashboards, a warehouse tracking module, and a call centre management interface.

- A single system replaced several non-integrated third-party tools
